Do I receive a confirmation of my order?

After every order, an email will be sent to the specified email address to confirm. This contains information about which shoe you have ordered, in what size, color etc.

Can I cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel an order. After receiving the shoe, you have 14 days to return your package for free by the carrier in question. You will receive your money back.

Can I place an order if I do not live in the Netherlands?

We deliver throughout Europe. There are shipping costs outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. See the table below;

You can pay easily and in a safe way through our online shop. Your privacy is guaranteed, we will never provide your information to others. How do I exchange or return my order?

The Netherlands

Parcels are delivered in the Netherlands with Post NL. Are you not satisfied with the shoes and do you want to return them? That is possible! Fill in the form that you received with your order and pack the shoe box in another box so that it will not be damaged. After that, confirm the return label on the box. Through a Post NL point you can return the shoes free of charge.

Belgium and Germany

Parcels are delivered with DHL or DPD. Are you not satisfied with the shoes and do you want to return them? That is possible! Fill in the form that you received with your order and pack the shoe box in another box so that it will not be damaged. After that, confirm the return label on the box. Through a DHL or DPD point you can return the shoes free of charge.

Other countries

Packages returned by customers who do not live in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany will have to be returned at their own expense. We would remind you that Bronx is not responsible for costs and returns. Please return the package by your local post office to:

I want to return multiple items, how do I do that?

Tell us the return reason of the items you want to return on the retun form. Make sure you add this to your package. Using your order reference which is mentioned on the return form we can process the return in the correct way.

Within how many days can I return my shoes?

You can return the shoes within 90 days after receipt date. Once we have received the return at our distribution center, the money will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.

I have a complaint, but I bought my shoes from another online shop/store, what now?

If you have a complaint about BRONX shoes that you bought from another online shop/store, we ask you to go back to the retailer in question. They can then help you further.

This is because at this moment they are responsible for the complaints that customers have who bought BRONX shoes from them. The retailers where you bought the shoes will then contact us again what they can do.
