Simply order the shoe online by adding it to your shopping basket. Finished shopping? Then go to your shopping bag to complete your order. Place your order before 22:00 on workdays and your new addition will be dispatched within 24 hours!


Ordered on workdays before 22:00, shipped within 24 hours. That's how fast and easy it is at BRONX, so you can show your new shoes quickly. Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday. Do you order on Saturday or Sunday? Then the order will be processed on Monday and you will receive the product on Tuesday.

For orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands, parcels are delivered by PostNL. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a track & trace code to track the status of your order. Orders to Belgium and Germany are delivered within 2 working days.

Orders with a delivery address in other EU countries, ordered on working days before 22:00, will be delivered by DPD or GLS and have a target delivery time of maximum 48 hours.

When you order for an amount above € 50.00, we do not charge shipping costs. Below that amount, shipping costs will be charged, the amount differs per country (in the check-out you can see exactly what you pay for shipping costs). If the total purchase amount after return is less than € 50.00, the shipping costs will still be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Is the article you ordered not to your satisfaction? Then you may return the package within 100 days of placing the order.

The return costs are at your own expense.

We work together with the return service Returnless.

How does returning your parcel work?

1. Go to or scan the QR code on the return form in the box of your order.

2. Enter the order number and e-mail address of the order.

3. Select the item you want to return and the return reason.

4. Click on "Choose shipping method".

5. Fill in your details and select the desired shipping method.

6. Checkout and receive a return label immediately.

7. Put the return form in the shipping box and make sure the box is properly sealed.

You will receive confirmation by e-mail.

A number of conditions apply to returning items:

- The return period is 100 days after placing the order.

- Return costs are at your own expense.

- If the size is not right, you can return the shoes and order a new pair yourself. Exchanges are not possible.

- Damaged and/or worn articles cannot be returned.

- All returns must be packed in the box they were sent with with the return form.

- Keep the proof of posting until the refund has taken place. If the package is lost and you do not have proof of despatch, this is not our responsibility.

- A refund will be credited to the account used to pay for your order within 14 working days of receiving the parcel.


If you need a refund from us, it will take approximately 14 working days from the time we receive the return.
