SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Order on a workday before 22:00 PM, and you’ll be able to show off your new item the very next day. That’s how Bronx works. Delivery will take place from Mondays to Saturdays. Placing an order on Saturday or Sunday? These orders will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.*

Orders with delivery addresses in The Netherlands or Belgium will be handled by PostNL. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a track&trace code which enables you to follow the status of your order.

Orders with delivery addresses outside of The Netherlands, ordered on working days before 16:00, are delivered with DPD or GLS and have a target delivery time of up to 48 hours.

*Only applicable to orders with a delivery-address in The Netherlands.. Orders from any other country placed before 16:00 PM will be shipped the same day, when your package is delivered varies per country.

When placing an order with a total amount of costs above €100,- we will not charge any shipping costs. Shipping costs will be charged for orders with a total amount below €100,-. The amount of shipping costs charged vary per country (this amount will be visible in the check-out). When your order initially has a total amount above €100,- but after returning items the total amount ends up below €100,-, shipping costs will still be calculated and charged afterwards.

RETURN ITEMS

The following return procedure only applies when ordering from The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany

When one (or more) product(s) do not meet your expectations, or when the products don't fit, you are able to return the items to Bronx Shoes within 14 workdays after you've received your order (free of charge). If you want to return your item in The Netlerlands, you can send your order back at a PostNL pick up point. You can use the returnsticker that you received with your order. Do you live in Belgium or Germany? Youo can send your item back at a DPD pick up point, also using the sticker you received from us.

When you have lost the returnsticker you can contact our customerservice for a new one.
Make sure to include the provided return form, so we will be able to process your returned package and refund you your money. In case you've lost the return form, please make use of this withdrawal form.

The following return procedure only applies for countries other than The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany

When one (or more) product(s) do not meet your expectations, or when the products don't fit, you are able to return the items to Bronx Shoes within 14 workdays after you've received your order. Please make use of your local post service to send back the shoes. We need to remind you that returning items to us is your own responsibility, Bronx is not responsible for the return shipment. We recommend to make sure the post service provides you with proof of handing over the package and with a code with which you an track & trace the shipment. Costs for returning goods to us from any country other than The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany will not be covered or refunded by Bronx.

As soon as we receive the returned package, we will send a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address. 
Please read the following terms and specifications for returning goods:

- Always send the articles back in the original shoe-box, and make sure there is another box around the shoe-box. The shoes may not be damaged during transport.
- Make sure to include the original return form when returning the articles. Please indicate which article(s) you returned and why.

- We will refund the money within days after receiving the returned item(s). 

REFUNDS

We will refund the money within approximately 7 workdays, after receiving the returned item(s). In case you chose AfterPay, you’ll receive an adjusted invoice per e-mail.
