In the online shop from BRONX you will find a wide assortment of shoes; sneakers, ankle boots, biker boots, western boots and many more . Did you find your favourite? Order the shoes easily online by adding the product to your shopping bag. Done shopping? Go to you shopping bag to place the order. When you place the order on working days before 4 pm, it will be shipped the same day. Delivery depends on the country you are living in. See our FAQ for delivery times.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

On working days ordered before 4 pm, same day shipment. It’s that easy. Delivery takes place from Monday untill Saturday. Do you order on Saturday or Sunday? Then your order will be processed on Monday.

After you placed the order and the package is handed over to the carrier you will receive a link with the track and trace code.

 

All final prices are in EUR.
The final prices in other currencies depend on the current exchange rate.

International shipping policies

If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination outside the EU. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country.
You will be responsible for payment of these import duties and taxes. We cannot make any predictions about these amounts ourselves and have no control over them.

International orders may be subject to customs clearing procedure.This control can lead to delays, longer than the original delivery time.

When you place an order at our website, you are considered the "importer or record" and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you receive the goods.
We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Creditcard
When you choose fort he payment method Creditcard, you pay through a secured creditcard transaction with MasterCard, Visa or Maestro.

RETURNS

How do I exchange or return my order?

 

The Netherlands

Parcels are delivered in the Netherlands with Post NL. Are you not satisfied with the shoes and do you want to return them? That is possible! Fill in the form that you received with your order and pack the shoe box in another box so that it will not be damaged. After that, confirm the return label on the box. Through a Post NL point you can return the shoes free of charge.

 

Belgium and Germany

Parcels are delivered with DHL or DPD. Are you not satisfied with the shoes and do you want to return them? That is possible! Fill in the form that you received with your order and pack the shoe box in another box so that it will not be damaged. After that, confirm the return label on the box. Through a DHL or DPD point you can return the shoes free of charge.

 

Other countries

Packages returned by customers who do not live in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany will have to be returned at their own expense. We would remind you that Bronx is not responsible for costs and returns. Please return the package by your local post office to:

As soon as we have received the return you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

 

 I want to return multiple items, how do I do that?

 

Circle on the return form the return reason of the items you want to return. Using your order reference which is mentioned on the return form we can process the return in the correct way.

 

Within how many days can I return my shoes?

 

You can return the shoes within 14 days after receipt date. Once we have received the return at our distribution center, the money will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.

REFUNDS

Refunds take place within 7 working days after we received your package.
