Order the shoes easily online by adding the product to your shopping bag. Done shopping? Go to you shopping bag to place the order. When you place the order on working days before 4 pm, it will be shipped the same day. Delivery depends on the country you are living in. See our FAQ for delivery times.


On working days ordered before 4 pm, same day shipment. It’s that easy. Delivery takes place from Monday until Saturday. Do you order on Saturday or Sunday? Then your order will be processed on Monday.

After you placed the order and the package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a link with the track and trace code.

International shipping policies

If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination outside the EU. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of these import duties and taxes. We cannot make any predictions about these amounts ourselves and have no control over them.

International orders may be subject to customs clearing procedure. This control can lead to delays, longer than the original delivery time. When you place an order at our website, you are considered the "importer or record" and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you receive the goods. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

How do I exchange or return my order?

Returns are for your own expense. We can not exchange an article for you.

1. Please attach the return form, delivered in the box.

3. Choose drop-off or pick-up (+ €2,-) and follow the steps. 

- The return period is 100 days.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- If the size is not right, you can return the shoes and order a new pair yourself. Exchange is not possible.
- Damaged and/or worn items cannot be refunded.
- All returns must be sent double boxed.
- Please hold on to your proof of shipment until the refund has been made. If the product gets lost and you don’t have the proof of shipment, this is not our responsibility.
- A refund will be made within 14 workdays after we received the package.
- When you decide to return your order, you also send back the free gift. If you decide to return your order but you want to keep the free gift, the valued amount will be charged.

Within how many days can I return my shoes?

You can return the shoes within 100 days after receipt date. Once we have received the return at our distribution center, the money will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.


Refunds take place within 14 working days after we received your package.
