The current situation has consequences for shipments to and from Europe. In most countries where the virus has turned up, the local government has introduced strict controls to prevent (further) spread of the disease. This has consequences for shipments to and from these countries or regions. Border controls sometimes cause long traffic jams, which can delay a shipment. In some areas, the collection, delivery and storage services of all carriers are even suspended indefinitely. The virus cannot normally spread via parcels and pallets, but the carrier and ServicePoint employee are extra alert to all hygiene measures. Shipment of goods remains possible. Cross-border services are available throughout the entire European network as borders for the transportation of goods are open. While all international linehauls are fully operational, there may be some delays. Signature process: Obtaining of signatures cannot be guaranteed across Europe for the time being. Country-specific regulations are in place. However, the full name of the recipient as well as date and time of delivery will always be provided. Return your shoes? No problem!
Don’t worry about returning your package if the shoe doesn’t fit, or you do not really like what it looks like in real life. During this time we will expand the return period to 90 days. This way you do not have to worry about returning the package in time when you are not allowed to leave your house.
Offcourse we keep an eye on the latest updates, so this can also change when the situation changes.
