WE HAVE A VERY, VERY EXCITING CHALLENGE FOR YOU. 

We are looking for a Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator. You will be the link between sales and production, ensuring that what we promise to the customer arrives on time and correctly. You will surprise us with smart improvements that deliver time and quality benefits for all departments, and thus for the customer.

 

YOUR ROLE

Together with your fellow coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the order process from the moment an order is placed until it is delivered to the customer. You know how to utilize digital tools in a way that measurably increases sales. You are someone who can build strong relationships, both as a colleague and in a commercial sense. You identify opportunities, recognize bottlenecks, and proactively take actions to ensure re-ordering. You will work closely with our Supply Chain department, our Merchandiser, our Finance team, and external logistics partners. You will be the first point of contact for customers regarding the order process, product information, and delivery times. You will monitor customer satisfaction. You understand the power of data and know how to analyze data and turn it into actionable improvements. You have a passion for logistics and back-office processes and know how to optimize our supply chain with solid proposals and implementations.

Ensuring the fulfillment of promises made to the customer in terms of timeliness, quality, and service.

 

POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION

BRONX has a team of 20 people. You will be part of the BRONX Sales team and will work closely with the procurement team. You will report to the Operations Manager.

COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

- Higher professional education (HBO), preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management

- Commercially minded, recognizes and understands the dynamics of a sales team

- Experience in a role where commerce and logistics intersect

- Proficient in Dutch and English

- Experienced with digital media

- A team player who is customer-focused

- An analyst who can transform ideas into plans and implementations

- Continuously learning and curious

- Maintains a critical and constructive perspective on external factors and on oneself

- Proactive in approach
