Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator

What are we looking for?
We are looking to strengthen our sales team! Due to growth and an expansion of responsibilities, there is an opportunity for a new Sales & Supply Chain Support Coordinator. You will work closely with our current coordinator.
What is your role?
In this role, you are the key player behind a smoothly running operation. You ensure everything is aligned, from order to delivery, and directly influence how customers experience our organization. You are in constant contact with customers and act as their main point of contact. At the same time, you coordinate daily with internal departments and our logistics partner, maintaining a clear overview at all times.
You identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes and actively contribute ideas for optimization. Thanks to your sharp eye and attention to detail, everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
In addition, we are actively implementing AI within our organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute: identifying where processes can be improved and thinking along about automation. This development also creates opportunities to expand your role with sales activities, such as proactively approaching customers about new trend items and repeat orders.
What will you do?
- Monitor and optimize the order process from A to Z
- Maintain daily, direct contact with customers and ensure clear, proactive communication
- Play a key role in resolving inquiries, returns, and complaints
- Handle requests and processing of client samples, order sheets, and material compositions
- Act as the link between Sales and Purchase regarding specific customer requirements and monitor delivery timelines
- Ensure logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Be responsible for the accurate preparation of customer labels
- Keep customers proactively informed about deliveries and order changes
- Support revenue forecasting based on estimated delivery timelines
- Identify improvement opportunities and help optimize processes, including through AI
- Support commercial and customer-focused activities, such as reaching out to clients about new trends and repeat orders

What do you bring?
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Experience with B2B processes (required)
- Previous experience in fashion or logistics (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Accurate, customer-oriented, and independent working style
- Ability to maintain overview, work efficiently, and collaborate
