Sales & Supply Chain Associate

What are we looking for?
We're expanding our sales team! Due to growth and an increase in responsibilities, we now have room for a Sales & Supply Chain Associate. You will work closely with our current coordinator, focusing on operational tasks so they can manage a broader customer portfolio.
What will you do?
In this role, you will ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. You’ll check orders, arrange shipment preparations, coordinate with customers and the warehouse, and help improve our processes. You understand that your work is the foundation for the rest of the chain – and you take that seriously. Your tasks will include:
- Entering and checking orders
- Sending order confirmations and EAN codes
- Creating and dispatching pick orders to our logistics partner
- Requesting and processing client samples, order sheets, and material compositions
- Managing returns, complaints, and exchanges
- Updating customers on the delivery status of their orders
- Preparing invoices
- Supporting customer queries and phone calls
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations
- Informing customers about product transitions
- Preparing and producing customer labels
- Uploading content to customer and supplier portals
You're accurate, quick to respond, and have a strong sense of responsibility. You spot what needs to be done and understand the value of excellent support. You’ll work in a team that combines customer focus, pace, and fun.
What do you bring?
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with B2B processes (a must)
- Background in fashion or logistics (a plus)
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Accuracy, customer focus, and independence
- A love for structure, speed, and collaboration
