I am not satisfied with the shoes, what now?

Should you not be satisfied with the shoes you ordered, you can return them within 100 days of placing your order.

How it works:
1. Go to https://bronxshoes.returnless.com/en.
2. Enter your order number and e-mail address of the order.
3. Select the item you want to return and the return reason.
4. Fill in your details and select the desired shipping method
5. Pay for the return label and receive it in your e-mail.
6. Wrap the box well with the return label on it.
7. Hand in the parcel to your chosen delivery service.
8. Keep the proof of posting! (Should the parcel get lost, you always have proof of delivery).
