First of all check the Track and Trace code to see where your returned package is located. From the moment the return is received at our warehouse, it will take approximately 14 days to process your return. Should it take longer than 14 days, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. We will then find out what went wrong and where your package is, so we can make sure it's resolved and you get your money back as soon as possible!
