I received a damaged product, what now?

Have you received a damaged product? Our sincere apologies for this.

You can report the item by completing the following steps:

1. Go to
2. Enter your order number and e-mail address.
3. Select the product and the return reason "Product is damaged''.
4. Describe the damage.
5. Upload at least one photo of the damage.
6. Submit the return request form.

We will assessed the complaint as soon as possible and see what we can do for you.
