What is your return policy?

A number of conditions apply to returning items:

- The return period is 100 days after placing the order.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- If the size is not right, you can return the shoes and order a new pair yourself. Exchanges are not possible.
- Damaged and/or worn articles cannot be returned.
- All returns must be packed in the box they were sent with with the return form.
- Keep the proof of posting until the refund has taken place. If the package is lost and you do not have proof of despatch, this is not our responsibility.
- A refund will be credited to the account used to pay for your order within 14 working days of receiving the parcel.
